Barmag's Digital Academy Expands to Chinese Market
Barmag's Digital Academy, an online training platform for BCF yarn production, has launched a Chinese version, expanding its reach to a broader audience. The platform aims to enhance operational efficiency through targeted training for employees in the textile industry.

Barmag’s Digital Academy, which provides online training for the BCF yarn production process, is now available in Chinese, following its initial launch in English, Spanish, French, and Turkish three years ago.
The online courses are designed to minimize disruption to production processes and offer targeted, quick access to training. Currently, there are 450 active users, primarily from the U.S., benefiting from this digital learning environment.
Taicang Universal Fibers Co. Ltd. has begun utilizing the platform to train its employees, enhancing machine operation efficiency. Facility Manager Tom Yu noted that the Digital Academy supports their workforce effectively.
In addition to the BCF process, Barmag plans to roll out training for the POY process and is preparing online courses for the staple fiber process. The Digital Academy offers e-learning modules on the operation, maintenance, and repair of Neumag BCF systems, catering to various roles within the textile industry.
The platform allows users to learn through compact, role-based units accessible on mobile and desktop devices, ensuring standardized training and best practices across the board. Progress assessments and certification further enhance the learning experience.
