WTRLSS Launches Triarchy Denim Collection Using Innovative Technology

WTRLSS, a developer of digital dyeing technology, has made its commercial debut in collaboration with the Los Angeles-based denim brand Triarchy. The Autumn/Winter 2026 collection features five pieces in three colorways, all crafted from a single roll of undyed organic cotton fabric.

The innovative technology from WTRLSS is estimated to reduce water consumption by up to 99.9% and energy use and emissions by up to 97% compared to traditional denim dyeing methods. Typically, dyeing a pair of jeans requires around 75 liters of water, but WTRLSS claims this can be reduced to just 20ml.

Unlike conventional denim production, which involves multiple dye baths and wet finishing, WTRLSS bonds color directly into the fibers in a single pass, eliminating the need for extensive washing. This process allows for the creation of various wash effects and designs digitally applied to the fabric before cutting and sewing.

The collection showcases the versatility of the technology, featuring vintage indigo and black washes, as well as a photographic cowhide pattern. Triarchy plans to transition all its production to WTRLSS technology in the future.

WTRLSS's commercial launch follows a partnership with Ha-Meem Group, a major denim manufacturer. The company is also collaborating with other brands for future collections using its technology.
