Intertextile Apparel Unveils New Identity for 2027 Spring Edition

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics is set to take place from March 10 to 12, 2027, with a new slogan, 'Shape the Movement,' aimed at emphasizing its significance in the textile industry.

The fair will focus on key themes such as Fashion Forward, Textile Future, Performance Textiles, and Sustainability, which align with current market demands. Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd's General Manager, Ms. Wilmet Shea, highlighted the fair's role in shaping industry trends and facilitating business opportunities.

Exhibitors are responding to circularity requirements from key markets, particularly in Europe, where regulations are establishing mandatory performance standards. This shift is prompting innovation and adaptation among suppliers and buyers at the fair.

The 2026 Spring Edition attracted over 3,000 exhibitors and 96,000 visitors, with a strong emphasis on performance and eco-focused solutions. The upcoming edition will continue to showcase these trends, including dedicated areas for performance textiles and sustainable products.

In addition to the exhibition, the event will feature a variety of seminars and discussions on sustainability and functionality, further highlighting the fair's commitment to addressing critical industry issues.
